When trying to buy a 24h ticket on the SBB mobile app the request was denied and lead to an error, so I retried the purchase. Turns out that the request was not denied and I got charged twice for the same ticket. I looked online for how to get a refund, but couldn’t find any instructions that would allow me to do this for a ticket below 10, even though this was caused by a technical error on the mobile app side.
