impratham I mistakenly booked 2xfirst class ticket worth 34.4 on 15.04.2023. I received 2 refunds on 20.04.2023 of amount 34.4 and 24.4. Can you please help me with 2nd refund? Why 10 CHF is deducted?
FatimaH Hello impratham Thank you for your message. The handling fee of CHF 10.00 will be deducted in most cases for tickets within Switzerland, because we have to do a manual refund. You will be advised of the fee while filling out a form. impratham Thanks for the reply. I went through the link, but it says, chf 10 deducted only when you apply for refund after 30 minutes. In my case, as far as I remember, I applied for refund well within 30 minute period. Can you cross check this?
FatimaH Hello impratham The booking within 30 minutes of purchase can be canceled without charge only by the customer. In doing so, the customer must have purchased the ticket with the SwissPass login and the ticket must not yet be valid.
