RolandP Hello Doughouqui39 Supersaver tickets are not cancellable, also not in the event of rejected travel Visa. The non-cancellation policy is one of the strings attached to the low ticket costs. https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/ticket-refunds.html In my opinion, it was definitely not wise to purchase Supersaver tickets before it was even clear you were allowed to travel. In such a case, book flexible tickets that are cancellable, even for a small fee. Kind regards, Roland
