This is not possible retrospectively. The passes will only become visible in the SBB Mobile app if they were purchased as a registered client and the same client account is later used to authenticate with the SBB Mobile app. You cannot import passes at a later stage, for security reasons.
Simply use the PDF tickets that you have got, store it on your phone, and show it from there. Alternatively, you can screenshot the QR codes and send them as an image to the people using the passes. The pass / card must bear the name and date of birth of the person travelling.
Since Swiss Travel Passes and the Swiss Half Fare Card are e-tickets, you must carry your physical passport, or national ID card (no paper copies, no pictures of it on smartphones) whenever you travel with the Swiss Travel Pass / Swiss Half Fare Card. The ticket inspector can anytime ask for a proof of ID when checking your tickets.
