Hello, Identity check is not continue when I scan my ID back. It’s processing and it stays that way. I’m waiting for 30 minutes and there was no changing.

Hello, because I want to by U-abo ticket for monthly as a resident. For residents it is 86 chf and for non-residents it is 111 chf. I think system needs to check my ID to make sure I am resident or not.

If it fails, simply go to a station in the Basel area to get your monthly travel card.
