Where do I find my customer number after I registered?

I bought a half fare travel card and am trying to link it to the app but it keeps asking me for a customer number.

Did you buy a Half Fare Card for residents? If yes, then you can only link it once you have received the red SwissPass card. SwissPass Mobile is not available otherwise.

Did you buy the Swiss Half Fare Card? It is not possible to link it with your SwissPass Mobile. The Swiss Half Fare Card shows up as a ticket, provided you purchased it from SBB and you purchased it as a registered user. It is not possible to add tickets / Swiss Half Cards that were previously purchased as a guest.
