I’d like to ask for a refund.
I made a purchase by clicking the wrong button on my mobile and pressed the refund button immediately.
It says “A refund has been requested for this ticket” on the screen, when will the refund be processed?

We currently receive a lot of requests from our customers, the time span of their request is 1-3 days. If we refund the ticket afterwards, if everything is in accordance with the tariff regulations, you will receive the refund in the next 3-10 days depending on the bank.
