Restarting the laptop won’t help in this particular case!
While some mountain rides such as cable cars etc. are often also included in the SBB timetables for information purposes (so passengers get an idea about how long the ride takes and how frequently it can be boarded), this doesn’t always necessarily mean that you also can purchase the respective tickets via SBB!
In other words, those tickets are only available on site, which more or less explains the error message. Also in such cases, any half fare or Swiss Travel Pass discounts usually won’t be applicable.
