I purchased a 6 day flex pass first class. On one of my days I would like to upgrade to prestige pass. can this be done online?

You are talking about the Swiss Travel Pass Flex. The Prestige class is only available on some panoramic trains and has nothing to do with a regular class upgrade. The prestige class is a special product offered by some of the panoramic trains, that are operated by private railway companies.

To help you further, you would have to tell us which train you would like to take.

Yes I understand it’s only certain trains. I want to upgrade my first class flex pass to prestige on the golden pass. Also I cannot figure out how to reserve seats. on any train. I saved my journeys on the sbb app and when I click on reserve seat it tells me I can’t!

Seat reservations for the Prestige class have to be made with the operator - MOB:
