I made a mistake while requesting a refund through the SBB Website. I don’t recognize the credit card number for the refund initiated that I had receive by email. It is different from mine and the one with I did the purchase through SBB Mobile. A different card is reflected to the mail for refund and the SBB app. My Mastercard card number starts and ends differently. I am afraid you might refund the money for another account. I am posting it here because I have not way to call the help center now. Do you have a customer care email or how I should proceed? Thanks in advance!
