Sbb Halftax PLUS Error

I am using the Halbtax Plus 3000 and sometimes buy also tickets for my partner. However, it does not work anymore. I still have about 2000 chf of credit. I tried it yesterday and today a few times.

I reveive the following error message:
"Ticket purchase not possible.
Please try again later or choose a different payment method.
Error code: NTHTA-2 (ID: D+jWAFk)"

How to come that you purchased tickets with Halbtax PLUS for your partner?

It is clearly stated that the Halbtax PLUS must not be used for ticket purchases for other people than the person who signed the contract.

There is now a technical barrier that prevents choosing Halbtax PLUS if a co-traveller is selected. This is why you see that error.

You should expect that SBB will charge you retrospectively for tickets purchased for your partner, as such purchases were against the terms of the contract.
