Adding children under 16 with half-fare

I am trying to purchase half-fare cards for my family that include 3 people over the age of 16 and 2 people under the age of 16. When I include my 2 children under 16, I get this message: “The date of birth is outside the validity range for the product selected”. How do I add them so we get the Swiss Family Card?

Enter all passengers. For passengers below 15.99 years of age, a checkbox should be displayed to order the Swiss Half Fare Card. Please try again or use another browser, perhaps you have Javascript restricted?

Here is my test that I have done right now, using Firefox:

If it still does not work, purchase it from the Switzerland Travel Center, the travel agency from SBB and Switzerland Tourism:
