getting error when I try to purchase Half fare card

I am getting this error, has anybody seen this error below? What should I do? Using the same sbb.ch account I was able to purchase saver day pass before.

You should not add the Half Fare Card option in your traveller details if you are about to purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card. This could lead to some system confusion… Uncheck that setting, purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card setting, and activate it again.

If it still does not work, you could purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card from the Switzerland Travel Center (STC), the SBB travel agency. The only downside, it will not appear in your SBB account if you purchase it from the STC.

You’ll find quite a lot of similar complaints with some solution suggestions in this community.
For a start, ensure the system time of your PC is not off, e.g. sync manually with a reliable time server.

Thanks, I deleted the passenger and added it back, the error is gone
