If you haven’t purchased the Saver Day Pass as a registered user, it will nowhere else be available than via e-mail. Even if you have created an account after purchase, the ticket is not available online.
The e-mail with the QR code, or the PDF attachment with your ticket and QR code, together with your physical passport / government ID card (no paper copies, no images on smartphones are accepted), is good for travel.

Yes, the Saver Day Pass is not refundable. And this, no matter if you purchased as a guest or a registered user. In the latter case, a refund is only possible in the first 30 minutes after purchase.
