Even if it appears on your bank account, it does not mean the payment was successful. Usually, only when you receive the payment confirmation e-mail, you can be sure that the tickets were successfully purchased.
I strongly suggest creating an SBB account, and only purchasing tickets as a registered customer. By doing so, you will have access to your tickets through the customer account. Also, you could cancel tickets in the first 30 minutes after purchase.
