It‘s not uncommon especially with smaller mountain cableways that their simple timetable is also integrated in the SBB timetable system, while their tickets are only available onsite.
Integrating such a basic cableway „timetable“ (like e.g. departure every 12 min. from 9am to 5pm every day, ride duration = 10 min.) is a pretty simple job done/verified once per saison. Setting up the necessary agreements and interfaces for online ticket sales is a different story though, also from a technical and administrative point of view.
