It is not necessary to book any ticket on sbb.ch. Your must define the trip in Interrail app if you have a virtual pass or probably on a form attached to the pass if you have a paper pass. A ticket is generated in the app for the ticket inspection, be sure to charge your smartphone and have your passport/identity card with you.
