If you do not have an Ostwind Travel Card, you have to purchase the individual ticket.
The extension ticket is to extend the area of validity of an existing travel card or another ticket. It is not valid as a single ticket, you must be, in addition, in the possession of another ticket. You will have to pay a fine if you use it as a single ticket.
