Lost card wallet

I have lost my card wallet in Spiez and someone has found it and contacted me. She told me she left my card wallet at the SBB lost and found at Geneva Airport. But the phone call of SBB cannot be connected from Paris and I don’t know why. Could the staff at SBB in Geneva Airport contact me if you see this? Thank you so much. I have also submitted the lost report in SBB online.

Are you already in Paris?
In any case, there is a secure standard procedure. From Geneva it will be centralised, then sorted out and your wallet will be back to you soon.

Has it been delivered to Geneva today?
