My1901 I mistakenly booked 4 more tickets and pressed the button to refund, got a refund email; but it has been about 3 days and I still haven’t received the refund for the full amount of money yet, how long does it usually takes for me to recieve it?
Danhiel My1901 It could take more as 3 days, it depends not only of the SBB, but also of your bank or credit card company.
