Interrupted service: will the connection take place or not?

I am planning a journey from Milano Centrale to Fribourg. There are some travel options which display a warning like “Interrupted service between Domodossola and Milano Centrale (train)”: does that mean that that connection won’t take place? Thank you

Fecoickoac88 The trains will definitively not run.

You can travel via Chiasso - Gotthard by train or book a replacement bus from Milan to Domodossola or from Milan to Lausanne. But I think that online timetables were adapted and you can now find these alternatives.

The warning is there to explain people why they are not seeing the usual expected travel times. The schedule as shown is what is operating, and it is bookable.
