We can’t make such a correction, as this is a public customer-to-customer forum with responses posted by… guess who… yep, exactly: SBB customers like yourself.
Those CHF 0.08/min. relate to that 0848 prefix number. And that 0848 prefix will only work from within Switzerland, so that price indication is definitely not incorrect.
Any call from abroad to that number will require a different / trailing prefix, which of course will incur additional charges depending on country and/or operator. This hasn’t changed since international phone calls became available some 100+ years ago. Just think of satellite based calls e.g. in the Ozzie Outback or on a cruise ship in the middle of the Pacific, where calls can easily cost several bucks per minute, regardless of the call destination. And you can’t expect SBB to maintain and include a detailed list of several hundred international phone operators in that quoted statement.
Should you need to contact SBB or any other phone number in Switzerland once again, you could consider using some VoiP based international call service (e.g. Skype to Phone) instead of BT in order to save some money.
