Hi there, i am a tourist from Malaysia. On 1st June, we took a train from Milano to Zurich which depart at 16.10. Midway around 17.00, the train was having problem, and we were asked to transfer to another train. Unfortunately, in the other train some of us had to stand up all the way to Zurich because no available seat. It was a 4-hour journey and we are very disappointed. We would really appreciate if someone could advise us on how to get the compensation. Thank you.
