Hello, I’m working for a travel agency.
I booked the tickets from Interlaken Ost to Paris (via Basel SBB) through SBB website for the clients.
But today, I got a mail that train from Basel SBB to Paris is cancelled due to the train modernization work, and so our clients had to buy the new tickets in the much higher price than the original ones.
So I’d like to know how to get refunded.
I tried it through the form through the refund link, but I found only “refund for the delay”, and we don’t have IBAN.
Hope somebody could give us the solution.
