It may be a silly question. When I log in to sbb.ch, a banner comes in and says log in with Swiss pass and when I enter my email and password I enter to my online account with sbb.ch.
Why does it say swiss pass and not give me any customer number anywhere in my account profile.
How do I get swiss pass card? Do I need to be inside Switzerland ( I am traveling from USA in August)? The reason I am asking, I checked with Zermatt ticket company they are telling me I can not buy tickets online because I need to show Half fare card first because I dont have swiss pass card.
Is there anyway I can get Swiss Pass card now? If not, can I get it in the Zurich airport SBB office?
