Tenemos comprobacion de pago de la tarjeta half pass pero no nos ha llegado el mail con los QRs para poder usarlas.

Sabeis como se puede hacer para disponer de ellos?

We have payment verification for the half pass card but we have not received the email with the QRs to be able to use them. Do you know how to get them?

You are talking about the Swiss Half Fare Card (it is not a pass), that you have not received after purchase.

A few questions:

Have you purchased it from SBB?
Have you entered the e-mail address correctly?
Have you purchased it as a guest or have you created a user account first?

If you have not received the e-mail and you are certain to have entered your e-mail correctly, the purchase might has failed, though.

A purchase receipt is always sent after a successful purchase.

Can you check your credit card statement to see if the amount was finally charged and the amount was not simply reserved?
