I am trying to add a ticket for a child after already purchased, I purchased tickets for a family of 7 and now we need an 8th, should I cancel the existing and get a new ticket?

RolandP point to point from Basel to grindelwald, the 4 adults have ½ fare tickets and the 3 kids have family fares (free) now I need to add a 4th kid . ADMIN: for security reasons the picture has been deleted.

Is it a family member and you need another Swiss Family Card? You can only get it on-site at the SBB Travel Center in the station. It cannot be added online.

If the child is not a family member, you can purchase a Day Pass for Children.

Or a Junior Card (available at the SBB Travel Center) for CHF 30, valid for the entire stay.

You should not make public your ticket details, to protect your privacy and avoid ticket fraud. We will delete the image again.
