The CHF 29 Saver Day Pass is solely valid if you will have in addition the Swiss Half Fare Card at the day of travel. Will you purchase the card still?
Did you enter the e-mail address correctly? In the screen, were you presented with a QR code or other tickets details after purchase? A successful purchase is always completed with a purchase confirmation e-mail.
If no, the payment was not successful. Check with your credit card bank if your card supports 3D secure ID, a security setting required for most European webshops.
