It is not possible to amend a ticket that has been issued already. However, your mistake is obvious and therefore not a problem. As long as the names are as on the passport, you are fine to travel.
The date of birth would be an issue if it is completely wrong or if you could benefit from reductions due to it (for example, benefitting from Youth fares, while the passenger is officially an Adult).
