Extend one more zone of my annual travelcard

Hi there! I have a question regarding the zones of my annual travelcard. The card now is valid for zones 11 and 12 and I have used it for 2 months, but now I would like to add one more zone (33) to my card and wish it to keep valid from now on to the end date of the current card. Is it possbile to realize it?

Also, I found that if I choose the monthly travelcard within 2 zones (11, 12), the price will be 52 CHF, and if I only choose one zone (33), the price will be 47 CHF. But the magical thing is that if I choose all 11, 12, and 33, the price will be 76 CHF which is much lower than the sum of the prices (52+47). Does it mean that if I already bought the travelcard of 2 zones and wanted to extend one more zone, I will pay more than what I should have paid?

We can only refund your annual travelcard and then make a new one with the 3 zones for another year. You can make that at the counter or per phone call 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min).
