Contact SBB from USA

I have tried contacting SBB to change a ticket at 011 (41) 848446688 and 011 (41) 800007102 I am told that the numbers are not in service. How do you contact SBB from a US phone number?

The number has been mentioned multiple times on this platform:

011 41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times are possible).

The change of tickets is not possible; if the tariff allows, you have to cancel and repurchase it.

Maybe if you tell us what the problem is that you are trying to solve? It may not be necessary for you to contact SBB at all…

Krist I purchased tickets from Como to Interlaken- I had selected October 21, but I saw while it was processing that the tickets were actually for October 20th. i tried to stop it , but it already went thru. I got the runaround through the help e-mail and the phone number that is posted did not work
