The majority of users writing here do first describe what they would like to do (purchase), followed by the problem description. This is more efficient than whining and starting to blame the website; keep in mind, we are all volunteers running this platform, and answer questions in our spare time.

But there is no reason to do so, as I think the problem is you 🙂.
In fact, I think you are about to create a resident account, while you are trying to purchase a tourist offer which is not available for residents and must not be purchased by them. Thus, either create a customer account as a tourist, or you create a customer account as a resident.
What are you intending to do? I will guide you accordingly.
