I am writing this question, because I couldn’t find the correct form for this type of refund on the SBB app.
I bought a Supersaver train ticket in advance, then I used Easy Ride for the first part of the trip and forgot to turn it off after the bus ride was over, so I was charged twice.
Is it possible to get a refund for the Easy ride, since I had a Supersaver ticket before?
How can I proceed?
