I purchased ticket from Domodosola to Firenze S.M.N with guest login
I paid 150 CHF, and I haven’t gotten ticket and email yet.
after I paid for it, I got an message of “Time limit exceeded - journey no longer available.”
I want to know how to get refund. Or should I just wait until I get email?
I’m waiting about an hour…
