Limeuhu12 Hello Phurootoaph79 Sorry for inconvienence with SBB timeables for replacement services. Sometimes it isn’t easy to buy tickets at SBB.CH. I recomend you to buy a ticket at MGB travelcenter in Zermatt or to break your journey with one ticket Zermatt to Domodossola and second ticket from Domdodossola to Milano for EC replacement Bus. Seat reservation is mandatory and included in ticket fare. Kind regards Christoph
Krist A railway replacement bus you just book the same way you book a train. So if you buy a ticket from Zermatt to Domodossola it will be automatically also valid on the bus. Now, August is ages away. There is no need to worry about this train now. You can just buy the ticket at the station in Zermatt if you want.
Phurootoaph79 Limeuhu12 Thanks! Trains and buses from Zermatt to Domodossola have been booked! Do I also need to reserve bus seats? Are there enough buses for all the train passengers? (I only need to go to Domodosola, not Milan. Because I booked a Malpensa Airport bus from Domodosola.)
Krist I doubt you can even reserve seats on those busses. I assume they will make sure they have enough of them…
