Phuengoabaz30 Hi, I lost my bag while I was travelling. I filed the report and now they have found it. But unfortunately we have left Switzerland last night. I would like to know how can I request SBB to transfer the bag to my home country? Of course additional cost is charged which I am well aware of. Any inputs are welcomed. Regards, Ashish
RolandP Hello Phuengoabaz30 You have to call SBB for this: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur). To request a shipping to a place abroad, you must have a credit card, as the shipping will be charged to it before sending. Kind regards, Roland
