Compensation for delay train

We have sent mail to SBB for Compensation on delay train from Geneve to Paris on May 25th 2024, Case ticket raised is - CS008516012 for international customer.

have shared all my credit card details to compensate the amount.
But from past 4 days no revert from SBB Team.

Kindly update the status of the same.

A reply to your compensation requests may take multiple days or weeks, all depending on the complexity of the case and, especially, since two railway providers are involved. Get back if you haven’t heard back after two weeks.
