The Mitfahrtageskarte is, from a legal perspective, a marketing campaign. By law, SBB can only send you the Mitfahrtageskarte if you have given your consent to receive personalised offers.
See your SBB Mobile App → ‘Profile’ → ‘Offers & Advertising’ where you have to tick the checkbox ‘Personalised Offers’.
The same setting can also be done on sbb.ch (not swisspass.ch) → Profile → Settings.
You may also contact SBB, either by phone 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min, waiting times may occur), or by seeing an agent at the SBB Travel Office. You can ask for your personal Mitfahrtageskarte after having given your consent.
Important to say, SBB is not obliged to send customers Mitfahrtageskarte; it is a loyalty bonus without any contractual obligation.
