No last name in passport

Hi,
My husband doesn’t have a last name in his passport, he just has his first name. While booking tickets through SBB, it asks me to provide both first name & last name. What should be the last name in this case?

Does he have two first names, perhaps?
If yes, you can simply add one in each field.

No, he has just one first name, no middle & last names.

I see.

Write his given name (his first name) in the last name field and enter ‘Mr.’ in the first name field. Plus the date of birth.

This is according to international standards.

Important is, that all personal data on the ticket is obtainable from his passport. Then you are fine to travel.
