Is there still Eurocity train from Brig to Milano Centrale in Sep 2024?

Hi everyone,
I plan to travel to Milan from Zermatt on 18 September 2024, by the time the construction work in Domodossola should have been completed (that’s what we have been told).

But I cannot find the eurocity train directly to Milan in SBB site, only a regional train is available from Domodossola at this moment.

Should I wait and hope the eurocity will open soon? or just book this 3 legs train in case it’s full?

Trenitalia did’nt published yet timetable of Eurocity Trains in September 2024. If construction works Stresa - Arona are finshed in time 8th of September, you can travel with EC from Brig to Milano, Brig departure at 7 h 44.

Please check again available tickets in august.

If the works finish on time there should be an EC, and as soon as Trenitalia has entered it in the booking system you will be able to book it. September is still some time away.
