After buying 3 of the 4 Swiss Travel passes needed for our vacation on a Visa card several weeks ago, we cannot get the SBB.CH website to complete the transaction for our 4th family member. We tried over the weekend that just ended and again today. There is no error message, the website just spools or tries to load or progress endlessly. Please advise, thank you!
