Hello! I couldn’t catch the Zermatt train from Geneva a few weeks ago. So I applied for a refund. But I got a refund for ticket 1. I didn’t get a refund for ticket 2. In other words, only one person got a refund on the ticket. Please give me a refund after checking. I said it too late, but I just found it weird. I look forward to your kind cooperation. I must get a refund.
