Getting a refund

We ordered Swiss Travel Pass tickets for 4 people in one order. One of the people can no longer go on the trip with us. The SBB.ch website will only let me cancel the entire order, all 4 tickets. I want a refund for only one ticket. I am unable to call SBB from the US (I have tried 3 phone carriers and spoken with phone technical support for hours and they can’t determine why). I only have 2 days left to get a full refund. How can I contact SBB? (Their service email responds to call their phone number.) Thanks for any suggestions!

Shouphiegee11 It is not possible to put this number on the website because the usual 848 number is surcharged in Switzerland and I think that the 51 225 number is free of charge with the most flat rates, but I’m not sure.

I don’t understand why the SBB don’t offer a free number for the customers or a normal number without surcharge.
