I encountered an error while purchasing a ‘point to point class upgrade’ ticket.
The debit card payment was made, but the SBB app showed a message that an error had occurred, and the valid class upgrade ticket was no longer visible in my app.
I will finish my travel schedule tomorrow and leave Switzerland the morning after tomorrow. Please resolve this error before then and refund the debit card payment.
