Connection ticket international

I am travelling from Como to Geneva airport . I have a ticket saved on my iPhone for the Como Zurich portion of the trip with a pnr and code. Only paper copy from Zurich to Geneva airport. How do I save this ticket online.

I apologise, please read instructions for issuuing your tickets in confirmation mailing. Probably you have a single contract with a ticket from Como to Chiasso and a ticket from Chiasso to Geneva.

I bought tictes from San Giovanni to Zurich airport.
the Trentalia tickets show Como to Zurich and changing trains. I just have a paper ticket from Zurich to Geneva. How do I convert to electronic so its stored?

Did you buy your onlineticket at Trenitalia.com or SBB.CH. Anyway I don’t understand if you like to travel to Zurich Airport or Geneva Airport. When travelling with Eurocity you need a ticket from Como to Zürich HB (Hauptbahnhof) including seat reservation, and a Ticket from Zürich HB to Airport.

First of all, hello 🙂

This is not possible. You cannot add it to the app. Simply use your PDF copy along with your physical passport or ID card.

Also, you mention Zurich Airport as well as Geneva Airport. Are you sure you pruchased the correct tickets?

Thank you. I have now received a scan of the Zurich to Geneva Airport and stored it within SBB.CH . I now have 2 tickets with bar codes
