Saver Day Pass refund
Hi, I applied for a refund for a purchased Saver Day Pass few days ago and haven’t got any reply back from SBB.
The red note “a refund has been requested for this ticket” was shown on SBB app with the QR code being crossed out.
My question is, in case that my refund request gets rejected/unanswered, is the pass still valid or will it be canceled without refund?
