potato-swiss Hallo Below is an image of the SBB app widget on the Home Screen of my iPhone, it seems that there is something missing on the left where there is a white square. Does anyone know what if anything should be there? Thank you Will
RolandP Hello potato-swiss Yep, it should have a QR code to be scanned by the ticket inspectors. Can you open the app to see, if the QR code is there? With this ticket, you must also show your physical passport or ID card (no paper copies, or photos of it). Kind regards, Roland
potato-swiss Yes, the app ticket displays the qr code. I’ve tried logging out the app, deleting and re-installing the app, hard restarting my iPhone but it’s still the same. It is also the same on both the SBB app and SBB preview app. Thanks for your reply W
potato-swiss Any other advice? Steps taken so far; Logged out and back into the SBB app, restarted Phone. Deleted app, restarted phone, downloaded app. Are there any settings in the app I should be aware of ? Thanks W

Any official complaints concerning the SBB Mobile app are to be addressed here: https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/customer-service/praise-comments/reklamation.html The widget feature is a new add-on to the SBB Mobile app. Depending on your device and settings it may have some issues yet. Please share more details on your device, brand, OP system, and SBB Mobile version. Are you using the dark mode by any chance?
