Apologies for writing in English.
On 16 April I forgot my phone in the Zurich-Munich train. I believe the train number was EC193.
I called my phone from another number and I spoke to a passenger who had found it on the reverse (Munich-Zurich) trip. He assured me he will give the phone to the train personnel to deposit at lost and found in Zurich where I was returning a few days later.
I returned on 19 April but the Zurich staff told me they did not have my phone and most likely it was transferred to Basel, so I created an electronic report.
However it is now a week later and the report says “item not found”. I’m not sure if- reports are supposed to take this much timeor- maybe the number of my train was not EC193 (I threw away the ticket) and this prevents the match between my report and the actual itemor- the item is recorded in the database with the train# where it was FOUND (Munich-Zurich)or- my phone was lost between the passenger, train personnel and Lost&Found. Please advise.Should I buy a new phone? This would be inconvenient to me as I have a lot of information on my existing phone.
Thank you,
Florin
