GV travel card compare with Swiss travel pass

If I will not go to museums, I just will take trains, boat, cable car and golden pass line etc, mainly go to luzern, Interlaken, jungfrau, Grindelwald, Harder Kulm , First, Zermatt , Basel, Bern, Zurich, Mt. Rigi , Mt. Pilatus , Mt. Titlis etc, will it be better to buy GV travel card or Swiss travel pass? I will in the Swiss around 12 days.

There is no GV travel card. You probably mean the GA 1-month travel card, which costs CHF 440 and is valid for 30 days. You can do the maths, what is cheaper.

In terms of validity and discounts, they are almost identical.

From my point of view, your itinerary sounds rather like a wish list than an itinerary. Carefully plan your trip, also take care of the additional costs for mountain excursions, albeit the GA travel card or Swiss Travel Pass. Besides Mt. Rigi, they do not offer free travel for any mountain excursions you mentioned above. And, it usually makes sense to either visit Jungfraujoch, or Mt. Titlis, not both.
