Cancelling the Swiss Half Fare Card

HALF FARE PASS FOR A MONTH , I PAYED FOR THE HALF FARE PASS FOR MY 16 YEAR OLD CHILD AND NOTICED THAT THE BERNER OBERLAND PASS DIDN´T NEEDED THE HALF FARE PASS TO HAVE A GOOD PRICE SO I NEED A REFUND, THE ISSUE IS THAT THE HALF FARE CARD STARTED YESTERDAY AND I ARRIVE 22 OF JULY , SO THE WEBSITE DONT LET ME MAKE DE REFUND

It is not possible to cancel the Swiss Half Fare Card, even more if the validity start date is already in the past. You may check with SBB for any exception to this rule. Please call SBB if you purchased the Swiss Half Fare Card from SBB: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur).
